WHERE AND WHO CAN YOU USE FIREWORKS?

• Consumer fireworks can only be used on private property.

• You must be 18 years or older to use or purchase fireworks

Unless you are a fireworks dealer or have committed some other crime, usually your fireworks will just be confiscated, unless you have been deemed a repeat offender.
