in our spectacular waterfront venues; Quay, Bennelong and OTTO.

excellence in food, wine and service within these central city locations. With
Sydney Harbour as the backdrop, Executives will benefit from venues filled
with natural light within inspiring surrounds.
Whether your gathering is for the full day or just a few hours, a board meeting,
leadership team day or off-site, Fink is committed to finding a solution for your
conferencing needs.
You can complete the day with dinner within the venue of your conference, or,
take advantage of the waterfront access and arrange for a boat transfer to
one of our sister restaurants. With one point of contact within Fink for all your
requirements, your conference will be seamlessly managed.
Just a stone’s throw from the city, spend the day waterside at OTTO, where guests can enjoy the
privacy of their own room with water views and Italian fare. Seats up to 20 guests.
