Security Corner

Kings Point Tram services available to every

resident!

All tram riders are required to wear masks.

REMINDER!

We are not allowing guests at this time.

If using the tram from the clubhouse, transportation

office MUST be notified before quarter-past the hour

and you must be present in the foyer by 25 minutes

past the hour.

Passengers must be waiting in front of their homes

ready to board the tram upon arrival.

Drivers are prohibited from assisting passengers

when boarding and exiting the vehicle. If a resident

has difficulty boarding or exiting the vehicle, a Kings

Point resident or lessee escort must accompany and

assist the resident. Drivers are not permitted to assist

passengers with groceries, shopping bags or other

packages *Two Bag Maximum* and walkers.

within Kings Point.

office phone is not functional and residents are

Hello from the security corner: Happy December to you and yours, hopefully everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. Recently, several staff members have brought to our attention something I’d like to share with you, and ask for your help. It’s the pedestrian walkways that lead from the portico at the North Clubhouse to the parking lot, and close calls with speeding carts and cars and not paying attention to pedestrians using those walk ways to cross the road. Please remember not only does staff use those walkways but so do the residents and guests who are coming to the North clubhouse. Once again, please remember the posted speed limit in that area because of potential foot traffic is 15 miles an hour. To you and yours I wish you a safe and blessed Holiday season. Merry Christmas from all of us here watching over you from your security corner.

Clubs & Organizations Kings Point Amateur Radio Club meets the second Monday of every month at 1 pm in the Meeting Place Room.

Apple Club Come join us in our journey of the exploration of all things Apple. Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month in the Banquet Room North Clubhouse at 12pm. Annual dues are $20 per household. Kings Point residents only.

Kings Point Archery Club meets the third Wednesday of the month at 4:30 p.m. Room TBD. Archery Range is open for members from dawn until dusk every day. Call Steve at 610-216-9153

The Billiard Club is open daily 8 am-9:30 pm for pool-playing enjoyment. Three different tournaments are held monthly, October-May.

Kings Point Bingo: Join us on Thursdays! Doors open at 10 am Thursdays, with papers on sale from 11:00am-12:15pm. First game starts at 12:45 pm. Join us on Saturdays—Doors open at 5PM. No sales after 6:30PM. Begins at 6:45PM. Sunday bingo - doors open at 4 p.m. no sales after 5:15 first game is 5:45 Bocce Ball Group: Meet at 10am every Saturday to play on the Bocce court. Bunco Group: Meets 2nd & 4th Fri. every month in the Atrium room at 1pm. Arrive by 12:30. Cost is $5.

Kings Point Cribbage Club meets Mon. and Thurs. 7-9 pm in the KPCH East Social Room. Open to all KP and SCC members. Everything supplied.

Kings Point Cloggers : dance Tuesdays 9-11am and Thursdays 9 am to 12 pm in the KPCH Dance Studio . This class is designed for those with clogging experience. Call Sandy at 941-357-0664.

Happy Tappers meet every Tuesday from 1:30-2:30 in the KPCH Dance Studio. There is also a session before class for review/beginning tappers from 1-1:30 each Tuesday.
