Instructions1. Colour the scene, people and houses.
2. Cut out around the black lines. Fold on the dotted
lines and secure your houses with glue or sticky tape.

You wil l also need one toilet rol l or a 10cm piece of card board tube.
Why?Ramp up the excitment by making most of your tree
decorations at home. Then recycle in January.
Instructions1. Print (do not scale or it won’t fit the loo roll).
2. Colour.
3. Cut around the shapes. Tape the fairy around the
tube and tape the wings onto her back.
More funStuff the top of your fairy with tinsel. Finish decorating
the tree with paper chains made from colour paper
and snowflakes from page 68.

Why?This project helps the kids identify different fruit and
vegetables, practise their basic counting skills and
enjoy a bit of colouring in.
Instructions1. Discuss which ingredients are which.
2. Write down how many of each item you will need
to buy from the shops.
3. Colour in.
More funTake the list to the supermarket and get the kids to
identify the fruit. Show them how to choose good
produce and let them count out the correct number of
each one.
