BOND UNIVERSITY. WE SHARE YOUR AMBITION. WE BRING IT TO LIFE.

FAST TRACK YOUR SUCCESS ... AND SAVEBond University teaches three full semesters per year, with intakes for most degrees in January, May and September.

This intensive, fast-tracked timetable allows you to complete the average bachelor degree at Bond in two years, as opposed to three years at most other Australian universities. Similarly, most postgraduate or master’s degrees can be completed in 12 months or less.

By completing your studies sooner, you could be out in the workforce, earning a good salary and realising a return on your educational investment up to one year earlier.

INVESTING IN YOUR FUTUREBond University is a not-for-profit organisation. This means we’re driven by your success. One hundred per cent of your tuition fees are reinvested back into the University ensuring you have access to state-of-the-art facilities and personalised attention from world-class academics, preparing you for career ascension and future income maximisation.

Places at Bond University are not subsidised by the government and full tuition fees are charged each semester on a subject by subject basis. There are however a number of options available to help you finance your studies including FEE-HELP and SA-HELP.

FINANCING SCHEDULETuition fees and the Student Activities Membership (SAM) at Bond are charged each semester. Tuition fees are charged on a subject-by-subject basis and fees vary from subject to subject, as listed in the Fee Schedule on our website at www.bond.edu.au/fees.

For new students, the total estimated cost of your specific degree is outlined in your Letter of Offer. The deposit required, your tuition and SAM fees for the first semester are listed on the Response to Offer form.

NEW STUDENTS 1. Tuition

To secure your place at Bond University, your completed Response to Offer form must be accompanied by: • Tuition equal to one subject’s tuition fee as

nominated on your Response to Offer form; or • A completed Request for FEE-HELP form

(see the next page for how to apply).

2. Balance of first semester fees The balance of your first semester fees must be paid by the Friday prior to the commencement of Orientation Week. You will need to pay the SAM fee for the semester or complete the Request for SA-HELP form by the census date of the semester.

3. Continuing students After your first semester, tuition fees and SAM fees will be invoiced to you each semester and are payable in advance. Invoices are generally sent out via email to each student’s University email address. If preferred, we can forward tuition invoices direct to parents / guardians. You will need to provide the Cashier and Financial Services Office with the correct name, address and contact details. Penalties do apply for late payment. If you wish to access SA-HELP, please complete the Request for SA-HELP form by the census date.

FINANCING YOUR DEGREEThere are a number of options available to help you finance your educational investment, with assistance available from Bond University, government loan programs, personal bank loans and scholarships. If you are an Australian citizen or a holder of a permanent humanitarian visa and have a Tax File Number, you will be able to access the Australian Government’s Higher Education loan program, FEE-HELP and SA-HELP. FEE-HELPFEE-HELP is an interest free loan that helps eligible fee paying students pay their tuition fees. This accumulated debt is indexed annually by the Australian Taxation Office, according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Please refer to www.studyassist.gov.au/sites/studyassist for more information about the Australian Government assistance for financing study. If you are an eligible student and wish to pay for part or all of your tuition fees through FEE-HELP, you must complete a Request for FEE-HELP Assistance form by the end of the second week of semester. You can elect to pay a portion of fees directly to the University and the remaining debt will be registered as a loan through the Australian Taxation Office. Please visit www.bond.edu.au/fee-help for more information.

SA-HELPSA-HELP is an interest free loan that eligible students can access to pay for their compulsory Student Activities Membership (SAM) fee. There is no administrative fee or interest for this loan. The fee is used to support a wide and varied range of student events, activities and student services not of an academic nature. These are offered by the Bond University Student Association (BUSA) and includes access to the Sports Centre, purchase of important equipment for the Sports Centre and to support the activities of BUSA’s wide range of social, sporting and cultural clubs. For more information on SAM visit www.bond.edu.au/fees.
