Our award winning Corporate practice offers clients transactional experience that is deep and varied and covers:

• Acquisitions and disposals, including recommended and hostile takeovers; exchange listings and equity and debt securities offerings; corporate governance; private equity; public to private; joint ventures; funds and employee incentive arrangements.

• A complete range of services in the consumer financial services area including the drafting of relevant agreements (regulated and unregulated by the Consumer Credit Act), licensing, advertising and advice on miscellaneous technical issues together with advice on termination of regulated agreements and claims associated with them.

Our Employment group is a market-leading Global practice with a strong reputation for delivering solutions-based advice and supporting clients in the day-to-day management of their people, legal issues and risk. Our experience is deep and diverse and includes representing banks and financial institutions in a full range of financial disputes, before courts and tribunals around the globe. We arbitrate before all the major arbitral institutions and were a founding sponsor of the PRIME finance arbitration and mediation tribunal, established in the Hague specifically to resolve disputes relating to complex financial transactions.

Our Global Disputes team, of which our banking disputes lawyers form part of, is the largest global dispute resolution practice of any law firm and was ranked top of The Lawyer’s Global Litigation Market survey.
