• It is an extension to the range of benefits currently offered to staff at no expense to the IHF members

Stages:
Step 1 - Understanding current situation (Information gathering).
Step 2 - Identifying priorities
Step 3 - Making recommendations
Step 4 - Implementing recommendations
Step 5 - Annual review
• No sales completed at Step 1.
• No pressure or obligation for staff to proceed at any stage.

• The staff need to be made aware that the service is available
• We would like your feedback on which method is most acceptable to you
Possibilities: Advertise via payslips with brochures Advertise in staff rooms with posters and brochures Facilitate the organisation of a staff information session
The intention is to gain the staffs interest in the service enough that they make an arrangement to meet with one of the dedicated financial planners from Canada Life at a time and location that is suitable from the staff members point of view
