Purpose: To ensure the financial health of the parishResponsibilities:

@ Raise the congregation's awareness about parish tinancesAssist in strategic planning with Stewardship to obtain the tinancialcommitments from parishioners necessary to conduct approved parishprogrammingAdvise Vestry on budget, parish tinancial performance. and tinancialprocedures on a quarterly basisMonitor overall tinancial condition of parish noting trends and proble~nsproviding options that Vestry might pursue.Relay and update tinancial information in lay terms to congregations throughbulletins, newsletters, announce~iients.Preview major expenditures for Vestry and provide recommendations.
