In my first 11 weeks, what do I see?
A Finance & Procurement team
that:
• Is largely a new team, faculties and
divisions are aware of this
• Positive Intent – committed to
achieving success
• Too many priorities –therefore,
nothing is a priority – do less,
but to a higher standard
• We rely too much on external views
– I have the confidence that our staff
know what we should do
