Account Administrator – NISA Investment Advisors LLC
Job Description:
NISA Investment Advisors, L.L.C. (NISA) offers customized investment solutions for tax-exempt
and taxable institutional clients. We seek bright, motivated individuals who can contribute to
our growing team of professionals.
Account Administrators work with both the trading desk and client service desk to process
trading, market and client activity in individual accounts. Account Administrators actively
manage interactions with brokers and custodial banks, and maintain NISA's in-house accounting
system. Account Administrators also compute the financial performance of client accounts and
compile supporting data used in periodic reports and presentations for clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills, and/or
relevant industry-related experience
Demonstrates a high degree of independent thinking skills, strong analytical and
quantitative skills, and team playing abilities
Background in accounting, finance or economics
Interest in achieving a professional designation (e.g., CFA) is strongly preferred.

Assistant Examiner- Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Job Description: The Supervision Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is looking for Assistant Bank Examiners for its St. Louis office. As an Assistant Bank Examiner, you will travel across the Eighth Federal Reserve District as part of a team to analyze and communicate examination findings of financial institutions. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about banks and the banking industry as well as develop effective analytical and examination skills. Conduct financial institution examinations/inspections in order to:
Evaluate the soundness of the institution's assets and the effectiveness of its internal operations, policies and management;
Analyze key financial factors, such as capital, earnings and liquidity;
Assess the institution's sensitivity to certain risks; and
Check for compliance with banking laws and regulations. Examiners also are asked to review and analyze various reports to gauge the overall soundness of District institutions and identify those that fail certain financial criteria.
The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis acts as the supervisor and regulator for State Member Banks and Bank Holding Companies in the eighth district. All applicants must be able to work as a team member to conduct commercial bank examinations and bank holding company inspections as mandated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Assistant Bank Examiners must review risk management processes while evaluating asset quality, earnings, capital adequacy, funding, interest rate risk, and bank management. They must verify compliance with a variety of laws and regulations. Additionally, they must write examination reports, risk assessments, and other correspondence, and discuss supervision matters with Board of Directors and all levels of bank management. Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or business-related field

Well-developed critical thinking skills, including sound judgment, conflict resolution, and the ability to juggle tasks and priorities

Financial Analyst – Key Bank Job Description:
• Evaluate and spread operating statements. • Note changes in income, expenses or other significant issues and refer to manger any
significant observations. • Review rent rolls. • Note tenant defaults, major lease expirations or other significant changes and refer to
manger any significant observations. • Collect and review borrower balance sheets as needed. • Correspond with borrowers to receive required documentation as scheduled. • Submit loans to the pre-watch list committee for review if it is suspected the borrower is
withholding information due to poor property performance. • Order and review annual property inspections and determine whether any further
action is required. • Verify the accuracy of information recorded in the system with the Prospectus. • Data entry information into Excel, REC Web (proprietary system) or other databases.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
