Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, the owner of Finance Bank Zambia and Zambezi Portland Cement Factory is the stepping stone to success for Zambia. He is an inspiration for the people of Zambia and other African countries.
Apart from making his bank a public limited company, he has also improved the infrastructure and education in Zambia for its development.
After the death of former Zambian President, Michael Sata, Rajan Mahtani have to carry the burden of Zambia’s development on his own shoulders all alone.
A believer of Sata’s dream and his close friend took the initiative of continuing with his project and give it a shape. Therefore, FBZ on LuSE is a Step towards the success of the country.

News about FBZ on Lusaka Stock Exchange
Finance Bank of Zambia has now gained the status of a public limited company and is eligible for stock exchange listing. According to verified sources, the Chairman of Finance Bank Zambia, Rajan Mahtani has approached the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Zambia to enlist FBZ on the Lusaka Stock Exchange (LuSE).
Mahtani Group of Companies also confirmed that FBZ will soon offer 25% of its share to institutional investors and Zambian public.
The whole structure of listing FBZ is based on floating 25% shares with intent to raise US $250 million. However, the listing on LuSE is expected to be done by the first quarter of the upcoming year, 2015.
Dr. Mahtani also revealed that he is looking forward for some additional plans include listing FBZ in Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. With this his bank will get benefit of dual listing. This is one of the biggest achievement for Zambia and its development.
The people of Zambia are motivated with the news of FBZ turning into a public limited company and will soon be listed on LuSE. It is now an aoth of every Zambian including Rajan Mahtani to make Michael Sata’s dream come true.
