Read the following paragraphs and fill in the in the blanks with the appropriate

MY TOWN

Some people say my town is__ boring __ and unexciting. They say, for example

that there is only one__ movie theater __ and the movies there are

usually__ out __ or uninteresting for young people, especially. We have only

three__ restaurants __ a Mexican one, a Chinese one and an Italian one. You

can get American food there but it is usually __ well prepared __ and insipid. My

school is__ old __ and many of the classrooms need repairs. Howe err the

teachers are__ nice __ and we learn__ a lot __ from them. There are no modern

sports__ facilities _ . If we want to swim, we go to the__ river __ . If we want to

2. I LIVE IN… I live in Zipaquira. It is a town in de department of Cundinamarca. Zipaquira is

near to Bogota - Colombia's capital, my town is a really beautiful place. It is

surrounded by mountains and by extended plain. It is primarily known for its

'Salt Cathedral', a wonderful place visited by tourist.

Although Zipaquira is a small town it is nice. It has shopping centers, malls, and

parks. There are a lot of activities to relax, my neighborhood is far from the

downtown, and however there are schools, pharmacies, restaurants and banks.

My neighborhood is a quiet and safe place to live. The streets are narrow and

made for stone.

My house is located near to the main road. My house is big despite it has one

level. It has large windows and a large garden with a variety of flowering plants.

I like to live there.
