I understand that this Rottweiler puppy is being sold with Limited AKC Registration papers and any offspring resulting from thebreeding of this Rottweiler puppy prior to being sterilized will never be able to be registered with the AKC or any other registry. AKC paperwork will be withheld until proof of sterilization is provided to and verified by the seller. I understand that thisRottweiler puppy is to be spayed/neutered not earlier than 6 months of age and prior to 8 months of age. SHOULD I FAIL TOSTERILIZE SAID ROTTWEILER PUPPY AND SEND PROOF OF STERILIZATION TO THE SELLER WITHIN THE ALLOTEDTIME PERIOD, I WILL FORFEIT SAID ROTTWEILER PUPPY BACK TO THE SELLER. I fully understand that any and all legalfees accrued by the seller to obtain repossession of said Rottweiler puppy shall be my sole responsibility, the buyer.

DEPOSIT:

A Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) deposit is required for the reservation of a Rottweiler puppy if the Rottweiler puppy has not yetreached six (6) weeks of age. If the Rottweiler puppy is seven (7) weeks of age or greater, payment in full is required. Please note: payment must clear seller’s bank - an average of fourteen (14) days before Rottweiler puppy will be shipped or released.

Once a deposit is made, it is a commitment by the buyer to purchase this Rottweiler puppy and is therefore NON- REFUNDABLE.Deposit may be moved to a future litter due to unforeseen circumstances in the buyer’s life. AT NO TIME WILL DEPOSIT MONEYBE REFUNDED.

If purchase price for said Rottweiler puppy is not paid in full by seven (7) weeks of age, it will be placed in another home with the buyerforfeiting the deposit and their rights to this Rottweiler puppy unless the buyer makes special arrangements prior to the Rottweiler puppyreaching seven (8) weeks of age. If buyer intends to take physical possession of the Rottweiler puppy at a date later than the eight-week old date, then it is the buyer’s responsibility to make special arrangements with the seller prior to the Rottweiler puppy reaching eight (8)weeks of age.

SHIPPING:

Shipping charges within the United States will vary by distance. International shipping cost is calculated by destination. Buyer’sschedule is taken into consideration when shipping arrangements are made; Flight time, flight numbers, air bill number, arrival times andairline name to be supplied to the buyer when reservations are confirmed. Please be aware that due to airline/weather restrictions buyer’schoice of flight times/dates may not be feasible. If buyer wishes for seller to fly Rottweiler puppy to buyer’s destination, additional feeswill apply. All shipping charges are to be paid in advance by buyer.

DOCUMENTATION:

A puppy package will be sent home with your new Rottweiler puppy. Included are: Puppy’s AKC registration application, micr ochipregistration application, health records, as well as feeding and care instructions will be given to buyer after receipt of signed Rottweilerpuppy Guarantee/Purchase Agreement and possession of Rottweiler puppy has occurred. Seller will be available for buyer support toanswer questions and offer help for the life of the Rottweiler puppy.

HEALTH/HIP & GENERAL WELLNESS:

Rottweiler puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of purchase. All Rottweiler puppy vaccinations will be current at the timeof transfer (combination puppy shots at six (6) & eight (8) weeks of age and worming will be completed). Vaccinations may be movedby a few days if the seller and/or vet deem this necessary for the particular puppy’s health and well being.

Buyer has the option of having a pre-purchase veterinarian examination from the veterinarian of their choice (within a twenty-five mileradius of seller’s residence). Seller will be responsible of taking the Rottweiler puppy to the vet appointment for the buyer; Buyer will beresponsible for all pre-purchase exams and testing fees (pre- paid by the buyer directly to the veterinarian’s office). This exam would bein addition to the vet check that is performed prior to puppies leaving to their new homes.

The buyer accepts full responsibility for said Rottweiler puppy’s well being and actions upon taking physical possession of saidRottweiler Puppy. Physical possession of this Rottweiler puppy by the buyer starts at the time of being received either at pick up, at thetime the Rottweiler puppy is received by the airline for shipment or delivered to the buyer by seller. Buyer agrees to take fullresponsibility for any damages that Rottweiler puppy incurs throughout its lifetime with the buyer to property or people

It is the buyer’s responsibility to have a licensed veterinarian perform a wellness check on the Rottweiler puppy within twenty-four (24)hours of buyer taking possession of Rottweiler puppy. Buyer is responsible for any and all medical and transportation fees accrued forsaid Rottweiler puppy. Should a licensed veterinarian prove said Rottweiler puppy to be in poor health, the Rottweiler puppy shall bereturned to the seller and the seller will then replace the Rottweiler puppy. If there are no puppies available from the same litter, a

replacement Rottweiler puppy of same sex and value/quality will be given out of the first available litter. If the buyer wishes to replacesaid Rottweiler puppy with a higher quality/value Rottweiler puppy, the buyer must pay the difference in the price between the originalRottweiler puppy and the replacement Rottweiler puppy. Buyer is responsible for the transportation fees of a replacement Rottweilerpuppy. A refund may also be warranted at the discretion of the seller. If the Rottweiler puppy is returned to the seller due to theRottweiler puppy’s medical health, it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the Rottweiler puppy to seller with a written report from theattending veterinarian verifying Rottweiler puppy’s microchip number and documenting the illness. It is also the buyer’s responsibilityto return any and all of the unaltered AKC and microchip registration paperwork within two (2) calendar days of the purchase date.

It is guaranteed, for two (2) years from the date of birth, that the Rottweiler puppy will not suffer from genetically transmitted congenitaldiseases nor receive an OFA grading that is lower than moderate hip dysplasia. To guarantee the health and wellness of your Rottweilerpuppy and to ensure that your Rottweiler puppy’s joints and bones are growing properly, we require that you feed them a high-qualitydog food that is specific to their breed size, keep them at an optimal weight, and maintain them on NuVet Plus supplements.

Health Guarantee: is given on any congenital or hereditary defect/condition that caused your pup to expire or that seriously affects thequality of life of the Rottweiler puppy, which dates from the prenatal stage only. You must have a Veterinary Certificate from TWO

independent veterinarians stating Rottweiler puppy’s congenital or hereditary defect was caused from the prenatal stage. Out of statebuyers must send a copy of the veterinarians signed report, and all matters relating to the diagnosis of the condition by registered mail.Seller’s veterinarian will confirm diagnosis of the congenital defect. The health guarantee will consist of a puppy replacement of thesame sex and of equal or lesser value, or buyer may make up the difference in price for a more expensive dog. Breeder reserves the rightto have two years to replace the buyers expired puppy. Our health warranty does not include poisoning, accidents, negligence orbehavioral problems, as training philosophies and environments vary amongst individuals.

Hip Guarantee: Buyer is required to have the Rottweiler puppy first x-rayed at the age of twelve (12) months or the hips will not beguaranteed. Buyer agrees to reframe the said Rottweiler puppy from sliding on slippery floors such as tile, doing any kind of trainingwork which requires the Rottweiler puppy to jump higher than his / her height or running excessively on hard surfaces such as concrete.The buyer is again required to have the Rottweiler puppy OFA x-rayed at the age of twenty-four (24) months. If the x-ray at twenty-four(24) months receives an OFA grading that is less than moderate, seller will replace the puppy. Buyer is to return said Rottweiler puppy toseller and a replacement Rottweiler puppy of same sex and value/quality will be given out of the first available litter. If the buyer wishes

to replace said Rottweiler puppy with a higher quality/value Rottweiler puppy, the buyer must pay the difference in the price between theoriginal Rottweiler puppy and the replacement Rottweiler puppy. Buyer is responsible for the transportation fees of a replacementRottweiler puppy. If the buyer chooses to keep said Rottweiler puppy as a companion, rather than returning to seller, buyer agrees tohave said Rottweiler puppy spayed/neutered and must send written proof of sterilization by a licensed veterinarian (to includeverification of microchip number) to seller. Buyer will be refunded $500.00 when seller receives proof of sterilization. It is furtherunderstood that no replacement Rottweiler puppy will be offered if buyer is refunded monies ($500.00). It is further understood thatbuyer agrees not to breed this Rottweiler puppy until after the age of two (2) years old. If buyer breeds their Rottweiler puppyaccidentally or deliberately before these requirements, this contract is automatically void. All hip x-ray and OFA grading must becompleted at exactly twelve (12) and twenty-four (24) months of age respectively, if buyer fails to complete hip x-rays on the requiredmonths, health/hip guarantee is no longer valid.

BUYER’S ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Buyer agrees to have Rottweiler puppy receive basic obedience training by eight (8) months of age and have adequate living conditionsappropriate for the breed. This Rottweiler puppy is being sold as a family companion first and a working Rottweiler puppy second. Theseller does not warrant the behavior of this Rottweiler puppy since most behavior problems and aggression are a result of poorownership, either inadequate socialization or improper training. It is imperative that the Rottweiler puppy be well socialized and has atleast basic obedience by no later than eight (8) months of age. The seller does warrant that this Rottweiler puppy is the progeny of registered parents that both in type and temperament meet the AKC standard for the Rottweiler breed.

This contract is being entered into and enforced to insure the well being of this Rottweiler puppy and the reputation of the Rottweilerpuppy breed. Should the seller deem that this Rottweiler puppy is being used for inappropriate purposes; the buyer will forfeit ownershipback to the seller. The buyer agrees to maintain this Rottweiler puppy in good health at all times. Buyer agrees to take proper safeguardsfor the care and safety of said Rottweiler puppy including, but not limited to, the following items: proper shelter, a fenced yard, freshwater and food, regular exercise, socialization, basic obedience, and regular immunizations by a licensed veterinarian.

If at any time the buyer should have a change in life circumstances and would no longer be able to provide a loving home for thisRottweiler puppy/dog, buyer agrees to return said Rottweiler puppy/dog to seller. This ensures that your Rottweiler puppy/dog will beplaced in a new home rather than taken to the pound or shelter. All monies, if any, received for the re-homing of said Rottweiler puppywould be forwarded to the original buyer, minus any necessary veterinary fees or cost incurred by seller.

This Rottweiler puppy guarantee/purchase agreement is non-transferable and applies only to the above said buyer and Rottweiler puppy(verified by microchip number). All guarantees are rendered null and void if the requirements are not met within the specified time frameand/or the failure of said health clearances are a direct result of the environment or the upbringing of this Rottweiler puppy (i.e. improperfood/ supplements/ handling/ care). Any alteration or deviation from this contract will result in the forfeiture of the Rottweiler puppyback to seller/seller. Any legal fees and cost accrued are the responsibility of the buyer.

This document represents the entire agreement between the buyer and the seller and all other arrangements either expressed, or implied,between the two parties not listed within this contract are null and void.

The undersigned, having read and fully understand the conditions of this Rottweiler puppy purchase contract and guarantee, do herebyagree to uphold all provisions and covenants set forth in this agreement. Seller shall be held harmless for any damages, settlements, or

judgments resulting from injuries sustained from this Rottweiler puppy or the mismanagement of this Rottweiler puppy. This contractshall be deemed a legally binding contract and is non-transferable. It is understood that this contract is being entered into in MaricopaCounty, in the state of Arizona, USA, and is legally bound by the laws of that county and state.
