    It should minimize the gap between the

    recruitment and final selection of the

    candidates.

    Arrangements should be done for the candidatesso that they do not have wait for a longer period

    of time between the first and the second round

    of the interview.

    At one time the organization should focus on one

    data only and should give sufficient time to work

    on that data.

    Proper arrangement should be made for the

    resume so that they can be found when needed.

    From the above research it was found that

    the recruitment process was very time

    consuming and keep the candidates on the

    hold basis which give a negative results sometime.

    Employee feels that the recruitment play a

    role in the growth of the organization and

    also select the right people for the right job.So recruitment and selection process gives a

    mixed effect in the organizational activity.
