My teaching philosophy would be

Progressivism

{Progressivism- Organizes schools around the concerns, curiosity, and real-world experiences of students.} DEFINITION

DEFINITIONS Essentialism strives to teach students the accumulated knowledge of our civilization through core courses in the traditional academic disciplines.Perennialism is a cousin to essentialism. Both advocate teacher centered classrooms. Both tolerate little flexibility in the curriculum.

DEFINITIONS Social Reconstructionism encourages schools, teachers, and students to focus their studies and energies on alleviating pervasive social inequities and, as the name implies, reconstruct society into a new and more just social order.Existentialism places the highest priority on students directing their own learning. Asserts that the purpose of education is to help children find the meaning and direction of their lives, and it rejects the notion that adults should or could direct meaningful learning for children.

In the beginning women weren't expected to go to school after learning how to read and write to get a higher education because they were seen as the ones to take care of the home and family rather than being more independent and holding their own in career fields.

Ethical Responsibilities of teachers.Reforms in the schools.The difference between formal and invisible curriculum.Ways teachers have incorporated technology into their lessons.SMARTVILLEWhy being sensitive to LGBT issues is a good classroom strategy.

{Being a teacher does not necessarily mean teaching the core classes, there are outside the classroom jobs. For example, Tutoring, coaching, visiting at home students and teaching them.}{The importance of no child left behind!}

Another major thing I can take from this class is knowing that there are similarities as well as differences in education on a global scale, without this course I would have never ventured to find that out.I learned how to write comparison essays.Lastly,
