Personal Philosophy (Pt. 1)

“A leader should be able to listen. While doing so, they should be passionate when the time comes and always be open-minded. There are two sides to every scenario. Therefore, a leader should listen to everyone in the group and discuss their views with one another. Communication. It can go a long way for one who wants to lead.”

Personal Philosophy (Pt. 2)

I believe that followers can help a leader as much as a leader helps his/her followers. A leader letting different perspectives into his mind can let him/her and their followers find out something about one another. Everyone learns something from said experience. An effective leader needs to be identifiable or more human. Some say that great leaders are born leaders but I believe that if a leader shows the humanity side to their followers, they can believe in themselves enough to lead their own cause.
