ResearchInspirationI was inspired by the curvy, classic look of sports cars. In addition I took into consideration objects that were split such as a nutcracker. Green and red chilli peppers gave me inspiration to slightly cureve my lines and use a deep red color as my finish.

MoldingProcessMixed and poured molding gel over the top half of the wooden mold and then waited for six hours to harden. Next I placed the full wood-en mold in the first gel half, poured the molding gel over and wait-ed another six hours to harden. After peeling both gel molds apart, I clamped them together and prepared the plastic resin to pour into the gell mold. Waited for sixteen hours for the plastic to harden and had a minor leak. Sanded and and used Bondo to seal air bubbles and access scratches.
