GENERAL ARTS GRANT APPLICATION

Applications are available at the Flagler Auditorium or on the website at

www.flaglerauditorium.org (click on 'Schools & Community' then click on 'Scholarships and

Grants'). This grant form should not be used for applications for Scholarships or the 'Florida

State if the Arts', each of which have their own forms.

Applications should be in easily readable font or neatly handwritten. Grant applications must be

submitted via (a) mail to Lisa McDevitt, Director, Flagler Auditorium, P.O. Box 755, Bunnell,

A final report on the project may be requested by the Flagler Auditorium

Governing Board at their discretion. Acceptance of a grant signifies your

agreement to do this.

These should also provide a copy of the IRS letter of current tax-exempt status.
