Hairdressing 1: This unit adds another
element to your artistry by training you to
style hair. This includes shampoo &

Wig Styling: This unit instructs you on the
unique skill of wig styling and
maintenance. This includes blocking I

creative flair in hair design. It includes
bridal hair I high fashion & catwalk I

portfolio development , graded unit
development plus client care, health and
safety, business awareness , computer
skills , research and development skills.
Graded Unit: This is a year long project
that is designed and brought to life by the
student. This is then exhibited at the
students end of year graduation event.

then proceed to Year Two.

You will receive an internationallyrecognized Diploma plus acomprehensive portfolio. Thisqualifies you as a ProfessionalMakeup and Hair Specialist with alevel 6 qualification on the IrishEducation Framework.

Students must provide: Mascara , Falselashes , Gel/liquid Liner , Lash Glue, SmallScissors , Tweezers , Pencil Sharpenerand a Black/Navy Hand towel , RingBinder, Notebook and Sketchbook.
You will also take part in 6 professionalphoto shoots throughout the course andreceive 12 Portfolio Images from these.You may need to provide models onoccasion.You will need access to acomputer , internet and a printerthroughout the course. To complete yourGraded Unit and Portfolio you will berequired to print images and other forms ofevidence.All other equipment and productswill be provided for you by the college.
