1. The basic idea with this revision tool is that at a glance you can assess how confident you are at tackling questions from the 3 main areas (TEXT / AUDIENCES / INSTITUTIONS) in relation to the 3 Industry topic areas (FILMS / GAMES / MUSIC).

2. You then tick off, in pencil, which questions areas you think you could do with each text. Add in key words as prompts.

3. Let’s run through this quickly, I’d like initial responses to the grid, what do you feel you can attempt now…

4. The idea is to return to this matrix and update it when you have revised to show how you can now approach those tricky questions… And ask me to revisit texts / theories in class.

• Following on from yesterday’s Avengers’ spidergram, today we re-visit Harry Potter 8 and recap on the key points of that text, completing the spidergram as we go.

• Time permitting we will also re-visit Submarine.
