1. IntroductionI am now working in ABC Pte Ltd. Our company deals with cosmetics. Due to the increasingly competitive markets and many entrance to the market, I have been tasked to investigate the different types and size of business our company have to compete with.

Provide an overview of different types of organisations, (for example, sole proprietorship, private and public organisation, etc).

Also explain due to trade globalisation, most large international organisations goes beyond their local markets.

You are required to investigate and explain three different types of organisations, their size and classification to highlight differences between them. This should include their legal structure, size and scope, as well as their key stakeholders.

For one of the organisations you must then explain the various functions within the business and create an organisational chart to explain the interrelationships between different functions. You must also explain how this would be different in the other two organisations.

The three organisations that I have chosen after careful consideration are:

(best to choose 3 different types of size and types of organisation so that they can be a comparative study could be done on them.)
