Dear MIPC members and friends,

We invite you to page through the many exciting and creative items in this year's silent auction catalog. On March 5, 2016 at 5pm, we are having a Student Ministry Fundraiser where everyone can “Come Together” as a community to participate in a silent auction, eat great food, and to learn more about our mission trips. This event will take place at MIPC and will provide Nursery care and games for the elementary aged children. We are thrilled to have our new Head Pastor, Kristy Farber joining us at the Silent Auction. She is looking forward to meeting this wonderful community!

Some auction items are annual favorites while many others are new, exciting and different. There is something for everyone! It is always fascinating to see what new talents and opportunities are available for sharing.

Your participation in the auction yields many important benefits – both expected and unexpected. Material support for MIPC’s Youth Ministry is vital Importantly, there is a ripple of benefits in community building for all of the auction participants, donors and youth:- In community at the event;- Building community while experiencing auction items such as bicycle rides and

participation in sign-up dinners and other once in a lifetime events offered;- Youth in community with each other AND those they serve in homeless ministries (Portland

& LA mission trips, Youth Care) and house-building in Mexico.

Hence the Come Together theme. With this event, we Come Together to offer, share and enjoy creative activities and experiences while also strengthening bonds that transcend years, generations, and even borders.

A signature or verbal bid during the auction constitutes a legal contract to buy. All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds. In all cases of dispute, the decision of The Come Together event committee is final.

Please pay attention to all conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates on items and services. Except where noted by the donor, services, tickets, certificate items, etc. must be used within one year of The Come Together Event and are subject to mutually agreed upon times and dates. No refunds will be made for cancelled tickets and accommodations.

If you are the successful bidder, you may pick up your items any time after the auction.

Payment must be made in full on the evening of the auction. Cash, Check, MasterCard, American Express, and Visa are accepted. All purchases using a credit card will incur a 3% charge to offset credit card processing fees. We appreciate your understanding and support.

The Come Together Auction Committee reserves the right to withdraw any item for sale prior to the call for bids.

Unless specifically mentioned, all items purchased are valid for one year.
