Important Safety Instructions When using your 3D Sublimation machine, basic precautions should always be used including the following points:

    1. Read all instructions

    2. Use 3D Heat Press only for its intended purpose

    3. To reduce the risk of electric shock do not expose the 3D Sublimation Vacuum Heat Press to water or other liquids.

4.Whenfinishedwithmachine,turnunitoffbeforedisconnecting the plug from the socket. Never pull the cord to disconnect from power outlet. Instead grasp plug and pull to disconnect.

    5. Do not allow power cord to touch hot surfaces. Please ensure the 3D Heat Press has cooled completely before putting away.

    6. Do not operate appliance with a damaged power cord, or if the appliance has been dropped or damaged.

    7. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble or attempt to repair the 3D Heat Press. Please contact your reseller for examination and repair (based on the terms of your warranty). Incorrectreassemblyorrepaircouldcauseariskoffire, electric shock, or injury to persons when the appliance is used. Any attempt to repair or tamper with the unit will void warranty.

    8. Children are not allowed to operate this appliance, please do not leave the appliance unattended while connected.

    9. Severe burns could occur from touching hot metal parts.

    10. To reduce the likelihood of circuit overload, do not operate another high voltage appliance on the same circuit

    11. If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, a 20 amp rated cord should be used. Power cords rated for less amperage may overheat, care should be taken to arrange the cord so that the power cord cannot be pulled or tripped over.

  • Troubleshooting:

    Q. Transfer Paper appears yellow after process? A. Lower Temperature and/or Reduce Heating Time

Q: The text appears very faint? A: Lower Temperature and/or Reduce Heating Time

    Q. Paper still stays same after process? A. Use Higher Temperature and/or Increase Heating Time

Q: Colours do not appear good on Product? A: Use Higher Temperature and/or Increase Heating Time

Q: Sometimes Get White Stains? A: Use Higher Temperature and/or Increase Heating Time

    Q. The Effect does not look good on certain textures? A. Temperature and Time have to be changed accordingly This will be vary based on a number of factors including: - Paper Quality - Printing Machine - Product Texture - Temperature Conditions

Q: Keep getting excess powder around your image? A:Pleaseensureyouhaveallowedsufficienttimeforyoursunlimation print to dry before putting it onto your material

Q: Machine switches off if I leave it alone for a long time? A: This is intentional by design, the machine is set to switch off automatically after 15 minutes making it safe and reliable

Q: The printing appears to be unclear? A: 1) Check the Vacuum guage to see if the vacuum pressure reaches 0.64mmhg. If the pressure fails to reach he value, leakage can be assured. Check the vacuum extracting strip to see if its well sealed. 2) Check connections of pipe for looseness or leakage

    Troubleshooting (Continued):

    Q. What if automatic operation failed, including air extraction, suction and countdown? A. Adjust the distance between the vacuum extracting plate and the switch. Normally, the distance shall be at 3mm, magnet strength will be weak if the distance is too far.

    Q. What if abnormal sound occurs and the machine fails to run normally? A. 1) Open the cover of the rear power box and check if any wind-up on the vacuum fan. If there is, unwire it. 2) Checkifthereisanywaterintheairfilter.Waterneedstobe emptiedandthefiltercorewillneedtobereplacedperiodically.

    Q. The Machine fails to heat and temperature does not rise? A. Check if the heating switch has been turned on and the indicators on the display are glistening. If not, turn on the switch.

    Q. There is a big gap found between the set and real temperature. A: 1) Overheating within 30 Degrees C is acceptable when the metal heating pipes are working properly 2) Check if the cooling fan beneath the circuit board works normally. If there is any damage, the fan needs to be replaced. 3) The machine is designed with double circuit for temperature control, keeping the inner oven temperature below 210 Degrees C, otherwise the machine will cease heating.
