5If starting salary becomes higher considering the provided graded Gross salary, additional increment will be added with the existing basic {from grade 01-05 the highest number of increment is 08 (eight) and from grade 06-08 & Supplementary grade from -1-03 the highest number of increment is 15 (fifteen)}. Moreover, if the salary is not adjusted including the highest number of increments, then unadjusted salary will be adjusted providing Others Allowance.
6To mention, salary of the staff having same grade may be different considering their respective eligibility/efficiency. The management also preserves the right to appoint faculty and staff providing less salary than their existing grade (through direct negotiations with the respective person.)
7An employee who has come to the end of his/her scale will be continued to receive increments as per his/her existing grade.
