KAHR BARRELThe Kahr barrel begins its transformation from a solid round billet of high tensile strength proprietary steel, 3 inches in diameter and 30 inches long. In the temperature-controlled environment of the Lothar Walther factory, the barrel stock is gun drilled and rifled to match grade tolerances.

At the Kahr factory, the barrel stock is precisely cut to length and CNC machined. Nearly 75% of the solid steel billet is machined away to produce a single Kahr barrel. This intensive production method, providing the greatest material integrity and

tightest tolerances, was chosen to assure the best quality barrel possible.

KAHR SLIDEAlso precision computer machined, the Kahr slide is made from 416 Stainless Steel bar stock. This component is heat-treated and tempered to optimize durability.

The combination of the engineering design, quality materials, and precise manufacturing result in the slide’s toughness and compact size. Kahr’s slide is the

slimmest design among the major pistol brands.

KAHR SLIDE STOP PINKahr Arms, a revolutionary company committed to quality, went to the extreme in researching the material for the slide stop pin. After exhaustively surveying and testing numerous unique steel alloys, a proprietary steel with unmatched toughness and elongation characteristics was selected. The material is so tough that, in order to manufacture the part, grinding operations have to be employed.

Although the material and the manufacturing process greatly increase the cost of the part, we feel that the resulting performance benefits vastly outweigh the expense incurred each time a Kahr pistol is assembled. This is just another example of Kahr’s

commitment to provide you with quality, unmatched at any price.

KAHR MAGAZINEThe Kahr magazine tube is constructed of corrosive resistant 400 series Stainless Steel and heat treated to 50 Rockwell for durability. Plasma-welding the stamping to form the magazine tube gives a smooth interior surface for the “ammunition stack” to rise and feed, and creates an “unbreakable” seam. Furthermore, tumbling the magazine in the finishing process provides a smooth, consistent burr-free surface. There are no sharp edges on which to cut yourself.

Another feature, unique to Kahr magazines, is the steel slide stop pin contact insert in the magazine follower. This innovative insert assures that the follower will reliably engage the slide stop lever and lock the slide, magazine after magazine. With this feature, you do not have to be concerned with the inevitable wear that accompanies most plastic followers.

The “S” Series feature a redesigned magazine base and grip, ship with two magazines.

The S9093 model features a 3.6” barrel with conventional rifling, an overall length of 5.9”, and a height of 4.5”. This pistol is similar to the CW9093, but this new “S” Series model has the added features of white 3-dot sights, front serrations on the slide, an accessory rail, and an ID tag on the grip. Capacity is 7+1 and the pistol is shipped with two 7 round magazines.

The ST9093 model features a 4” barrel, has an overall length of 6.5” and a height of 5.08”. Like the S9093, it too has white 3-dot sights, front serrations on the slide, an accessory rail, and an ID tag on the grip. Capacity is 8+1 and the pistol is shipped with two 8 round magazines.

Both pistols operate with a trigger cocking DAO, “Safe-Cam” Action, lock breech with “Browning-type” recoil lug and a passive striker block with no magazine disconnect. The frame is black polymer with a matte stainless steel slide.

The CM Series, which debuted in spring 2011 with the CM9, takes the value priced features from Kahr’s CW series (3.6” barrel, 9 mm, .40 S&W and .45 ACP models) and incorporates these features into a smaller 3” barrel package. The CM Series have the same external dimensions as the PM Series, which make it ideal for concealed carry by licensed civilians and law enforcement personnel.

The CM series slide is only .90 - 1.00 inch wide and machined from solid 416 stainless slide with a matte finish, each gun is shipped with one stainless steel magazine with a flush baseplate. Magazines are USA made, plasma welded, tumbled to remove burrs and feature Wolff Gunsprings.

The magazine catch in the polymer frame is all metal and will not wear out on the stainless steel magazine after extended use.

Kahr offers the CM series at a great value price but does not compromise on the features, accuracy or reliability found in all Kahr pistols.

UNIQUE DESIGN OF KAHRThe incomparable cocking cam trigger system employs a cam to both unlock the passive safety and complete cocking and releasing of the firing pin. The system provides a “safe cam action” and unbelievably smooth double action only trigger stroke, fast to fire in critical defensive situations. These innovations, found only in the Kahr pistol, give the Kahr shooter an advantage in self defense, home protection and duty or off duty use.

THOMPSON SUBMACHINE GUNGeneral John T. Thompson, a graduate of West Point, began his research in 1915 for an automatic weapon to supply the American military. World War I was dragging on and casualties were mounting. Having served in the U.S. Army’s ordnance supplies and logistics, General Thompson understood that greater firepower was needed to end the war.

Thompson was driven to create a lightweight, fully automatic firearm that would be effective against the contemporary machine gun. His idea was “a one-man, hand-held machine gun. A trench broom!” The first shipment of Thompson prototypes arrived on the dock in New York for shipment to Europe on November 11, 1918 the day that the War ended.

In 1919, Thompson directed Auto-Ordnance to modify the gun for nonmilitary use. The gun, classified a “submachine gun” to denote a small, hand-held, fully automatic firearm chambered for pistol ammunition, was officially named the “Thompson submachine gun” to honor the man most responsible for its creation.

With military and police sales low, Auto-Ordnance sold its submachine guns through every legal outlet it could. A Thompson submachine gun could be purchased either by mail order, or from the local hardware or sporting goods store.

DILLINGER’S CHOICEWhile Auto-Ordnance was selling the Thompson submachine gun in the open market in the ‘20s, Gen. Thompson was uncomfortably aware of what the guns could do if in the wrong hands. To his distress, the submachine gun turned out to be the firearm chosen by gangsters.

The “Tommy Gun”, literally, made the ‘20s roar. Possessing tremendous firepower, the Thompson submachine gun was an effective firearm. The Thompson was used by gangsters, such as John Dillinger, Al Capone and Baby Face Nelson.

TRUSTED COMPANION FOR TROOPSIt was, also, in the mid ‘20s that the Thompson submachine gun was adopted for service by an official military branch of the government. The U.S. Coast Guard issued Thompsons to patrol boats along the eastern seaboard. In 1928, Auto-Ordnance made a new Navy model to be used by Marines on Naval gunboats.

World War II began, and the Army recognized the need for the submachine gun. The Thompson, simplified and more durable with the compensator and cooling fins removed and a 30 round stick magazine, became the constant companion of American soldiers. Story, after story, tells how it was the fire of the Thompson submachine gun that protected the villages, saved the troops and won the battles in Europe and the Pacific.

Auto-Ordnance is proud to introduce an exciting and classy look to their century-old Thompson, historically referred to as the “Chicago Typewriter®”. The Thompson 1927A-1 semi-automatic carbine is now offered in a Gold plated finish and also a Polished Chrome.

Either of these time-honored reproduction semi-auto carbines will undoubtedly impress your friends when you take it out to the shooting range. These guns are offered in .45 ACP and have a 16.5” finned barrel (18” with compensator), with a 1 in 16

right-hand twist. The frame is constructed in steel with either a Gold plated finish or a Polished Chrome finish. The gun weighs 13 lbs. and has an overall length of 41”. Other features include a pinned in front blade and an open rear adjustable sight. The stock is fixed and is made from luxurious American Walnut and has a vertical foregrip. These two models each ship with one 50-round drum and one 20-round stick magazine. The magazines are plated in either polished gold or chrome.

THE PLATFORMThe entire Mark XIX Component System is based on a single platform. With its gas operation, rotating bolt and all-steel construction, this is the heart of the firearm. Once you’ve purchased a Mark XIX Desert Eagle Pistol, you can change the barrel length or the caliber in seconds, if you have the appropriate Mark XIX components on hand.

The Mark XIX (Mark 19) Desert Eagle Pistols offers true interchangeability. Four different pistols are available - .357 Magnum, .44 Magnum, .429 DE or .50 A.E., each with a 6-inch barrel. Purchase one pistol and you have the platform to build the other two with a simple switch of components (barrel, magazines and in some cases the bolt assembly). The Mark XIX Desert Eagle .50 A.E. pistols are convertible to the .429 DE or .44 Magnum by simply switching the barrel and magazine (can be done in seconds!). For converting to the .357 Magnum you need to switch the bolt assembly, barrel and magazine (takes a few minutes).

HISTORY OF MAGNUM RESEARCHSince the Kahr Firearms Group purchased Magnum Research, Inc.® (MRI) in 2010 we have been successful beyond our highest expectations. We owe our success and profitable operations to our loyal customers and suppliers, our dedicated employees and stable management team. Magnum Research Inc. (MRI) opened up a new chapter in its almost 40 year old history when the Minneapolis, MN based company was purchased by Kahr Arms® in June 2010. Kahr Arms, based in Worcester, MA with offices and factories in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and California is a well known producer of high quality compact handguns and maker of the world famous Thompson submachine guns commonly known as the “Tommy Gun®”. Magnum Research’s founders, Jim Skildum and John Risdall had been involved with the company since 1979. Both men oversaw the ascent of the Desert Eagle® Pistol from a concept on paper to a pop culture icon including a Playboy magazine front cover featuring Pamela Anderson showing off a Pink Desert Eagle pistol.

Over the past 40 years MRI has been responsible for the design and development of the Desert Eagle pistol. The design was refined and the actual pistols were manufactured by Israeli Military Industries until 1995, when MRI shifted the manufacturing contract to Saco Defense in Saco, Maine. In 1998, MRI moved manufacturing back to IMI, which later reorganized under the name Israel Weapon Industries. Both Saco and IMI/IWI were strictly contractors: all of the intellectual property, including patents, copyrights and trademarks are the property of Magnum Research. Since 2009 the Desert Eagle Pistol has been produced in the USA at MRI’s Pillager, MN facility. Besides offering the basic black finish, MRI has developed a line-up of the Desert Eagle pistols in a number of distinctive and appealing finishes including stainless steel, black, “Tiger Stripe” pattern and a variety of modern cerakote finishes.

Magnum Research continues to import the Baby Eagle. It is currently contracted out to BUL Ltd. in Israel to produce an upgraded version called the Baby Eagle III. MRI also offers a high quality line of 1911 pistols from BUL called the Desert Eagle 1911, or DE1911. The BFR (Biggest Finest Revolver), continues to be produced in Pillager, Minnesota. This series of all stainless steel, single action revolvers is available in numerous calibers, both off the shelf and custom models, in two cylinder sizes. The Magnum Lite Rimfire line in .22LR and .22WMR feature lightweight graphite barrels, the aluminum tension barrel, and the new integrally suppressed TTS model. Magnum also offers the Mountain Eagle Center Fire Rifles. They are custom made to order on a Remington® 700 action using our patented carbon barrels and stock options.

Magnum Research has also trimmed down the slide and frame making its shape even more like its big brother, the Desert Eagle, and the trimmer design gives it a lighter weight than previous Baby Eagle II models.

The Baby Eagle III can be purchased in polymer or steel frame, full size or semi-compact, and in 9mm, .40 S&W and .45 ACP calibers. The steel frame and slide are produced from high quality carbon steel with an attractive matte black oxide finish. The Baby Eagle III can also be purchased in a polymer frame with a black finish.

Other features include a double/single action (DA/SA) trigger with a 12 lb. trigger pull (DA), and 4 lb. for single action. The rifling is right-hand twist, 6 lands and grooves, and combat-type, white three dot fixed sights. The Baby Eagle III ships with two magazines, a cleaning kit and a hard plastic case.

The Desert Eagle 1911 single action models are available in three barrel lengths: 5”, 4.33” and 3”. They are shipped with two magazines with extended base pads. The frame is precision cast and machined from high quality steel (aluminum, 3” model) and the slide is machined from solid billets of steel then finished in a matte black or matte stainless. The Desert Eagle 1911 comes loaded with outstanding features that would cost extra from a custom gunsmith. Some of these features include a high-ride beavertail grip safety, extended magazine release, aluminum trigger with an overtravel stop, stainless steel full-length guide rod, extended thumb safety, enlarged ejection port, beveled magazine well and G10 grips held in place by stainless steel hex screws.

As part of Auto-Ordnance’s ongoing series of custom 1911s paying tribute to the men and women who supported America’s drive towards victory in World War II, we are proud to introduce the “Fly Girls” 1911.

This custom pistol honors the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASPs) who played a vital role in the war effort. Over 1000 women served as pilots during WWII, taking on vital roles operating aircraft in non-combat positions so their male counterparts could directly engage the enemy. These women aviators were pioneers in the profession, facing all of the risks and challenges shared by pilots of the time period. By war’s end, 38 had given their lives in service to their country.

Auto-Ordnance is proud to honor the dedication and sacrifice of the WASPs with this beautiful engraved and finished custom 1911 pistol!

Outlaw Ordnance, based out of West Monroe, Louisiana, has seen substantial growth in the last few years. They are changing the firearm industry with custom designs and innovations. The latest custom 1911 in Auto-Ordnance’s WWII commemorative series is the “Squadron” model. This pistol features custom graphics reminiscent of those painted on fighter aircraft during the war. The muzzle displays the “shark mouth” nose art often seen on American fighter planes like the P-40 Warhawk. The Army Air Corps insignia is on both side, and a rivet pattern engraved over the gun. The finish is a highly durable, worn black and gray cerakote. The overall appearance makes for a pistol that looks like a WWII fighter plane getting ready to race into the skies hunting bandits!

Auto-Ordnance is proud to offer this latest custom 1911 in honor of the pilots who flew in defense of our nation during WWII. May their bravery and sacrifice always be remembered!

Auto-Ordnance is now shipping the special edition World War II themed “Victory Girls” 1911, designed to honor the women whose strength drove industry at home in support of our boys fighting overseas.

The original concept was first shown at the SHOT Show in Las Vegas. Beginning with a base 1911A1 GI Model in .45 ACP, it has the standard 5” barrel, seven round magazine, and US property logo wood grips.

The Victory Girls model is then customized with deep cut laser engraving of a pin-up girl on the right side, and an updated “Rosie the Riveter” on the left. It also features the USAAC Star Roundel on both sides of the frame. The pistol is then given a worn look with a two color Cerakote finish of Armor Black and Gunmetal Grey.
