A.If the faulty Material code starts with: 523-, 527-, 603-, 604-, 605-, 607-, 612-, 614-, 626-, 634-Please describe the use case of the faulty unit. Be aware that this is absolutely necessary in order to receive a matching unit as replacement!

Use fields in Item 4 and Item 6:
