Operating ProcessWeighting and batchingIngredients defined and checked by optical reader and digital scales, providing labelling and records to achieve total traceability for the following steps.
Loading and si�ingSecond verification through optical readers, ensuring that the ingredients are related to the batch. Loading in the si�ing system to go to the container, controlled by radio-frequency in order to ensure the traceability during the rest of the process.
BlendingBlending of ingredients through a double system of mixer and intensifier which optimizes time and ensures quality.
PackagingPossibility to package in bags, big bags or single doses. The metal detector ensures the lack of foreign elements in the final product.
