Additional Case Information:

Waste transfer notes not held at site. Held at mid-Yell but were made available.

FMA doesn't state whether one or more yearclass in the area at any one given time but they do fallow sync.

Fish sampled for VMD looked to be in good condition both externally and internally.

An enhanced containment inspection was carried out at the site. An initial escape notification had been submitted to the FHI on

17/12/2018 (Ref. No. MSe161218SAL1) after a 1m x 1m hole was discovered in net of one pen at a depth of 4.5m after storm

force 9-10 winds during previous 2 days. Net was repaired by divers on 17/12/2018. All fish were harvested out by 15/01/2019

and all fish were accounted for. New mooring grid has since been installed and site remodelled and equipped to a level that

meets new standard.
