Austria who owns, operates and develops premium hotels
& resorts specialized to families with children. Ernst Mayer,
the company’s CEO, is considered the pioneer of family

MANAGEMENT PROFILES ERNIE ELS I PARTNER
Ernie Els is one of the most successful golfers in the history
of the game, having won 70 tournaments since turning
professional in 1989, including two US Opens, two Open
Championships, and a record seven World Match play titles.
The international scope of Ernie's victories is second to none.
He is one of golf’s truly global players. Ernie was inducted into
the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2011. Ernie has successful business pursuits
off the course in design, academies, hospitality with The Els Club’s, Big Easy
Restaurants and apparel amongst many others.
Ernie is also a son, husband and father of two children, the youngest of
whom, his son Ben, has autism.

ELS FOR AUTISM CENTER OF EXCELLENCE The Els are leading the charge to build a state-of-the-art
Autism Center, which broke ground in March of 2014 and
is scheduled to open for classes in August 2015.
Located in Jupiter, Florida, the Center will be in
international game changer for the autism community.
The campus will include an educational program for 300
students aged 3-21 with transition to adulthood and
vocational programs.
Athletic fields and a small golf course area to help develop
life skills through sport are also included within the Center.
Nationally and internationally, through the use of leading
edge technology, families, researchers and educators will
share and have access to best practices from experts in the
field of autism.
ELS FOR AUTISM AUTISM IN THE WORKPLACE It is well accepted that in many parts of the western world
1 in 68 children are now on the spectrum with this figure
being much higher in some areas and boys making up the
higher percentage in overall numbers.
