    Programs and tickets shall be distributed by the

    assigned marshals of the Institute/ Departments

    right after the Baccalaureate Mass on April 19,

    2013. Candidates with Latin Honors shall proceedto OSA for the guidelines, tickets, programs and

    invitations. Graduates are advised not to lose their

    tickets. Tickets are definitely NOT FOR SALE. Fake

    tickets will not be honored.

    The seats for parents/ guests are on a FIRST

    COME, FIRST SERVED basis. Seats for (2) two

    parents/ guests of recipients of Latin Honors shall

    be reserved at the left side area (fronting the

    stage) of the PICC Plenary Hall.

    Security guards may inspect bags andpackages at the entrance. Drugs;alcoholic beverages, firearms, deadlyweapons, food drinks and pets are notallowed inside the PICC.

    sleeping and loitering are strictly

    prohibited. Graduates areadvised to eat before entering the

    Hall.The candidates for graduation

    shall enter the Plenary Hall indouble file and will be escorted/guided by their respective staffmarshals to their designated seats.

    GRADUATIONATTIRE

    The official attire of the candidates for

    graduation is composed of the gown (toga), capand black closed shoes. The gown (toga) mustbe well-pressed and long enough to cover theupper half of the legs (or the hemline of the

    gown must be 12 inches from the ground). Thecap must be well placed down to the mid-portion of the forehead, and the flat top of thecap must be parallel to the ground (not slating).

    The inner attire is semi-formal or

    business attire. For gentlemen, thisshould be slacks and barong/ longsleeves polo shirt with tie. Forladies, this should a dress or skirt

    and blouse.

    DURING THE CEREMONY

    Everyone must observe silence, order

    and discipline inside the Plenary Hallduring the entire ceremony. Standing orleaving the hall is strictly prohibited. Allmobile phones and other electronicgadgets must be turned off.

    Remain standing during theentire processional, the

    invocation, the entrance of flagbearers, and the singing of theNational Anthem.

    Graduates shall rise during thepresentation of candidates for

    graduation by the institutedeans and shall be seated onlywhen interacted to do so

    Note: After the conferment ceremony,graduates shall shift their cap tassels

    from the right side to the left side.

    Graduates shall accept thediploma with the lefthand, and shake handswith the right

    Clapping of hands shall be doneonly after all rye graduates of each

    program have been called.

    Graduates shall rise during theinduction of graduates to the Alumni

    Photo coverage inside the Plenary Hallduring the ceremony is exclusively done bythe University accredited photo service

    provider the RED IMAGES. Official receiptsand ribbons (indicator that the providermust take photos of the candidate) areissued to candidates for graduation.

    PICC regulates prohibit family and other

    photographs from taking photos duringthe ceremony. For more details aboutphoto services, please proceed to yourrespective institutes.

    In cases of emergency, please referto the emergency exits indicated in

    the Emergency Contingency Layoutposted at the PICC, for yourreference.

    To maintain order, graduates and

    Personal picture-taking is not allowed outside the

    Plenary Hall after the graduation ceremony.

    (Toga Provider) or her staff who will besituated in a tent outside the ArtistsEntrance. Alternatively, graduates mayreturn their togas at the FEU-NRH Ground
