traditions fit for Balinese royals. Indulge in an extraordinary
gastronomy journey, from the delectable Christmas Eve
supper, a theatrical royal dinner with Kecak dance and a
gourmet New Year’s Eve Dinner to remember. Chef Dean
Nor and his culinary team are working like Santa and his
elves to impress you with edible treats as we welcome 2018.

followed by a festive 5-course dinner menu prepared by
Executive Chef Dean and his culinary team, featuring classic

and artistic culinary heritage.

Celebrate the festive season in a one-of-a-kind Balinese
celebration with our special Kecak Dance performance.

environs and its unique sounds. Celebration dinners will
never be the same.

reception at the Amphitheatre and watch a contemporary
Balinese dance performance from our owner’s, Mr. Hendra
Hadiprana, protégée. Continue your amazing night with
a mouthwatering 7-course dinner at The Restaurant with
a Keroncong Band and Balinese dances throughout the
evening until local fireworks welcome 2018 at midnight.
