Introduction to two Quality Assurance Tools• Essential Quality Standards Rubric• Focuses on course design with some elements of course

delivery• 7 categories with 27 objectives

• Quality Online Learning and Teaching (QOLT) Rubric• Focuses on both course design and delivery• 9 mandatory and 1 optional category with 43 objectives
