ITA La Metalsud Lo Gatto S.a.S.® è un’azienda nata nel1963.Da anni opera in Italia ai vertici nel campo della carpenteriamedio - pesante, realizzando manufatti a disegno per i settori:petrolchimico, alimentare, edile e cementiero.Grazie alle competenze tecniche, alla flessibilità e alla sua effi-

cienza è diventata un partner affidabile nella manutenzione edinstallazione di impianti per tutti i settori industriali.L’invidiabile esperienza maturata nei montaggi, la capacità de-cisionale e il grande carisma del capostipite Antonino Arena,unita all’intraprendenza e all’abnegazione dei quattro figli han-no portato la Proprietà, nel corso degli anni, ad implementareun altro comparto produttivo, ovvero quello delle chiusure tec-niche di sicurezza per esterni.

L’azienda guidata da Domenico Arena nel 1995, infatti, ha vo-luto soddisfare anche la crescente richiesta di porte blindate eserrande avvolgibili. Pur mantenendo ancora alcune delle la- vorazioni a livello artigianale si è così riusciti, in questi anni,ad industrializzare e commercializzare a marchio Ferwall® un

prodotto di qualità e ad entrare, a giusto titolo, tra i produttorileader in Italia nella realizzazione di porte blindate per esterno.

Presenza globale. Gli stabilimenti si estendono su una superfi-cie coperta di c.a. 20.000 mq, dislocati su un’area complessivadi c.a. 70.000 mq, al cui interno operano 168 addetti suddivisitra le varie unità produttive del Gruppo.L’azienda non è però soltanto una delle realtà industriali delcentro Sud di maggiore successo; da poco, infatti, con la divi-sione delle porte blindate è anche presente in Asia, attraversoun ufficio di rappresentanza a Dalian, in Africa, grazie ad unafelice partnership aziendale di distribuzione in Tunisia, in Eu-ropa, con i suoi 5 punti di distribuzione.

Prodotti. Grazie anche alla continua innovazione nel processoproduttivo ed alla creatività di uno staff di progettisti ed archi-tetti calabresi si è riusciti a rimanere tra le aziende leader nelsettore e a realizzare un gran numero di innovazioni sul prodot-to, rispettando gli standard certificativi richiesti dalle normativespecifiche del settore e dalle norme UNI EN ISO europee.I nostri punti di forza quali la meticolosità, il rispetto per l’am-biente e l’innovazione hanno permesso ai prodotti del marchioFerwall® di avere successo in termini di sicurezza, isolamentotermico, acustico, acqua, aria e vento. I brand. Nel 2005 nasce CENTROBRICO®, marchio legato

alla vendita al dettaglio ed all’ingrosso di prodotti di ferramen-ta, utensileria, materiale elettrico ed idraulico, elettroutensi-li, antinfortunistica, materiali per l'edilizia. Con gli attuali trepunti vendita aperti negli ultimi anni in Calabria e gli oltre8000 mq coperti di esposizione, magazzini e laboratori, l’azien-da si colloca, per capillarità e vendite, al vertice delle catene dibricolage già presenti in Calabria.Dal 2012, la Metalsud S.a.S.® è in grado di fornire, distri-buendo a marchio FOG®, prodotti di tipo prefabbricato, comei controtelai per porte scorrevoli a scomparsa, pensati per risol- vere, una volta posti in opera nelle abitazioni, problematicheche in precedenza avrebbero richiesto più passaggi e differentilavorazioni.

Tesio S.p.A.® Acquisita nel 2011, la Metalsud S.a.S.® con-trolla inoltre, Tesio s.p.a. azienda specializzata da oltre 50 anni,

nella produzione di porte di sicurezza di fascia medio alta.L’operazione consente di presidiare una fase importante dellacatena del valore, dato che Tesio s.p.a. vanta numerosi brevet-ti per la produzione di modelli di porte blindate particolari edinnovativi.

Tesio S.p.A.® Acquired in 2011, the Metalsud S.a.S.® alsocontrols, Tesio spa specialist for over 50 years in the productionof medium-high security doors. The transaction will preside over

TRACCIABILITÀDELLE PORTEQUALITY CERTIFICATIONAND DOORS TRACKINGITA La certificazione di qualità è un riconoscimento im-

portante, che premia un’azienda impegnata da sempre nelmiglioramento dei propri standard qualitativi. Le certifica-zioni europee previste, in particolare, sono quattro:• UNI ENV 1627: 2000: espone i requisiti e la classicazio-ne delle porte blindate;• UNI ENV 1628:2000: chiarisce il metodo di prova per ve-

rificare la resistenza sotto carico statico delle porte blindate;• UNI ENV 1629:2000: espone il metodo di prova per veri-ficare la resistenza al carico dinamico delle porte blindate;• UNI ENV 1630:2000: illustra il metodo di prova per ve -rificare la resistenza all’effrazione manuale delle porte blin-date.È buona abitudine, comunque, verificare che la porta blin-data che si desidera acquistare sia provvista del marchio CE(la presenza di questo marchio è obbligatoria e regolata dal-la norma UNI EN 14351-1). I giusti livelli di isolamento ter-mico e acustico della porta blindata, invece, sono fissati dalDlgs n. 192/ 2005. Un’altra norma importante da tenere inconsiderazione è la UNI EN 1303-05, che riguarda la clas-sificazione della sicurezza dei cilindri della porta blindata;

la norma europea UNI EN 12209, invece, espone i requisiticorretti per la realizzazione delle serrature meccaniche.

Dichiarazioni di conformitàPer tutti i prodotti a marchio FERWALL la METALSUD DILO GATTO s.a.s. redige e conserva in azienda la dichiara-zione di conformità a norma dei prodotti immessi sul merca-to che di fatto danno evidenza dell’idoneità della porta e delrispetto di quest’ultima di tutti i requisiti specificati dalladirettiva 89/106 sui materiali da costruzione e dalle relativenormative armonizzate di prodotto UNI EN14351-1.

Marcatura CELa marcatura CE è il simbolo visivo che dimostra la confo

mità del prodotto alla Direttiva Europea 89/106CEE “Pro-dotti da costruzione”, dal momento che esso risponde allespecifiche tecniche armonizzate (norme tecniche) stabilitesu mandato della Comunità Europea. Dal 1 gennaio 2009tutti i prodotti a marchio FERWALL per esterni sono mar-cati CE con elevate caratteristiche prestazionali.

EtichettaturaUna porta certificata FERWALL è riconoscibile da una ap-posita etichetta resinata posta sull’anta ed è sempre accom-pagnata da una Dichiarazione di conformità.

al muro per mezzo di 8 robustezanche in acciaio. Per garantirela resistenza alla corrosione sonoprotetti entrambi mediante l’ap-plicazione di uno strato di vernicea polveri epossipoliestere alta-mente resistente, colore testa dimoro.

Scocca: è realizzata in lamieragalvanizzata rinforzata da 2 ome-ga verticali e da 3 omega orizzon-tali di spessore 20/10. A secondadei modelli la scocca può anche

essere coibentata, per conferirlecaratteristiche di impermeabilitàai suoni ed alle temperature ester-ne, e rinforzata con una doppialamiera per aumentare le già ele-

vate caratteristiche meccaniche.

Cerniere a vista in acciaio al car-bonio ad altissima resistenza conperno a sfera in acciaio. Le stesseconsentono l’assetto della portacon lievi spostamenti sia in sensoorizzontale che verticale agendosu viti a brugola alloggiate sulla

cerniera stessa.Tutte le cerniere a vista sono do-tate di Copri cerniera in varie fi-niture

Le Cerniere a scomparsa per-mettono all’anta di essere com-planare al telaio

Serrature: a seconda dei modellisono disponibili serrature a Dop-pia Mappa, sia del tipo tradizio-nale che con Nucleo Intercam-biabile, serrature predisposte peril Cilindro Europeo e serrature adoppie, sia Doppia Mappa conCilindro europeo che a DoppioCilindro Europeo. I Cilindri Eu-ropei possono essere scelti dalnostro catalogo. In aggiunta sonodisponibili l’incontro elettrico per

l’apertura della porta a distanza eserrature elettro motorizzate.

Limitatore di apertura: braccet-to in acciaio che consente l’aper-tura parziale della porta e il suoblocco. Il dispositivo posizionatonella parte centrale del telaio nonostruisce particolarmente la vi-suale esterna alla porta.

Deviatori: sia singoli che doppisono realizzati in acciaio ad altaresistenza. Hanno un diametro di18 mm e solo lunghi 130 mm perancorarsi al meglio sia alla portache al telaio.

Cornici Perimetrali: è solo uti-lizzando l’elevata tecnologia della“profilatura multi passaggio” cheè possibile modellare la lamieraprerivestita per ottenere una cor-nice di sostegno per i pannelli dal

design esclusivo, con la parvenzadi una cornice in legno, che oltrea conferire alle porte “Ferwall”una elevata resistenza le donanoun’eleganza ineguagliabile. Su ri-chiesta e di serie su alcuni model-li sono assemblate delle cornici inlegno in tinta con i pannelli scelti.

Pannelli: le porte possono esserepersonalizzate con una vasta gam-ma di rivestimenti composta da11 collezioni, 96 modelli differen-ti di pannelli che associati alle va-

rie tonalità di colore danno luogoad un catalogo pannelli molto am-pio per ogni dimensione di porta.

L’eventuale presenza di puntini,bollicine, graffi, microlesioni,corpi estranei o imperfezioni disorta, non visibile in queste con-dizioni, non potrà essere consi-derata difetto.

Nel caso di esposizione parziale del pannello airaggi solari, per la presenza di un balcone o diuna tettoia di piccole dimensioni, si consigliadi allungare quest’ultima, affinché la superficiedel rivestimento coperta dall’ombra subisca unirraggiamento costante nelle ore più calde dellagiornata.

I pannelli di rivestimento intelaiati sono realizzati con questo nobile materiale,al fine di esprimere in modo assolutamente naturale i concetti di forza e dibellezza. Si deve comunque tenere presente che esiste un continuo scambio diumidità tra legno ed ambiente, che si manifesta con fenomeni di allargamentoe restringimento nel senso ortogonale alla venatura.

Pannelli pantografatiGrazie alla loro tecnica costruttiva possono essere collocati in ambienti esterniad una Media esposizione. La base è in Okumè, con incisione al pantografo e verniciatura con ciclo all’acqua, che esalta il colore in tutti i sui toni e il legnonelle sue molteplici sfumature, oltre a proteggere nel modo migliore.

Pannelli in alluminioSpecifici per uso esterno, i pannelli sono realizzati con lastre d’alluminiotrattate con specifiche vernici anticorrosive, applicate sia all’esterno cheall’interno. Studiato ad hoc sul pannello multistrato che l’azienda utilizzaper realizzare le sue finiture da esterno per porte blindate, il ciclodi verniciatura Adler, prevede la stesura a spruzzo in piano di unaprima mano, molto diluita, di impregnante ad acquacostituito da una miscela di resine acrilpoliuretaniche e pigmen-ti di tipo metallico e minerale altamente resistenti alla luce.Questo impregnante penetra in profondità nei pori e, grazie auna particolare resina, contenente il massimo aggrappaggio allamano di finitura.La finitura è certificata secondo la norma EN 71-3 e non contie-ne metalli pensati o altre sostanze nocive e, comel’impregnante è un prodotto all’acqua che non genera emissionidi solventi nell’ambiente
