Conclusion: International Equestrian Federation sent the educational material for all participants – Handbook and DVDs. The tutor Mr. Jean-Philippe Camboulives has a really good communication and coaching skills. He built very good relation with the participants and at the end they were very happy. The structure of the course, the level and daily activities were exactly what was necessary for our coaches. Used methodology and growing difficulties lead to achieving aims at every training session. The tutor succeeded to involve the participants at the education process. The biggest advantage of the course was that it was not academic but it was very practical oriented.

Conclusion: International Equestrian Federation sent the educational material for all participants – Handbook and DVDs. The feedbacks from the participants about the course and the tutor Mr. Dimitris Drakakis are very very positive. The introduced training scale and planning of the lessons, two side communication - coach-participants-coach, and the system approach at the training will build sustainable knowledge and skills at our national trainers. The interest at our equestrian society about the courses was very big and because of the limited number of the participants (according FEI education system the number is limited to 12) BEF intends to organize more courses next year because we received more than 20 applications for Level 1 course.
