The non-observance of these operating instructions or by using the item in a way not described in the manual, will render the warranty invalid.

1. general information

Purpose:

The air fill station FPS-3000/FPD-3000 is used for filling paintball bottles with compressed air with a pressure of up to 300 Bar/4500 PSI.

Description:

The construction of the fill station is compact and simple, which ensures you are able to use it comfortably. The station has neither protruding parts nor sharp edges, on which the user could injure himself. All materials used are weather proof and mechanically strong. The air fill station allows for uncomplicated use, without additional cost and can be used in all environments. The hoses used are elastic and do not kink. They allow you for an easy connection to a paintball tank without any effort, tools or shutting off the air supply. The appliance is equipped with a large, reliable pressure gauge, which shows the current operational pressure.

3. Safety advice

In order to fill the bottles easily and safely, observe the following simple rules:

• Check the registration date before filling the bottle. If the date is passed, an inspection should be carried out by an authorised service department.

• Check the outside of the bottle for damage. To determine there is no damage, an inspection should be carried out by an authorised service department.

• Check that the bottle pressure gauge is functioning properly and it shows the pressure.

• Check the male quick release coupler (fill nipple). If it is defective, change it for a new one.

• Wipe the male quick release coupler (fill nipple) with a clean towel. A small amount of grease can make the connecting and the disconnecting of the female quick release coupler easier.

• Check the female quick release coupler of the fill station. If it is defective, change it for a new one. there muSt Be a FuSe in the Female QuicK releaSe couPler!!!

• Check the filling hose. This should be changed if there is any wear and tear, kinking or visible damage.

• Make sure that the female quick release coupler is properly connected to the fill nipple.

• Check the official maximum pressure of the bottle and fill to that using the fill station.

Whilst filling, the bottle should be positioned so that the filling hose is not twisted or squashed.

After the automatic valve degassing, detach the bottle from the female quick release coupler.

The following user manual does not contain all the guidelines regarding the safe filling of compressed air bottles. always keep to the actual guidelines and order recommended. Filling a bottle with compressed air can be dangerous. use of the high pressure system in an incorrect manner can lead to injury.

4. Preparation

• In order to ensure a stable working procedure during the filling process, the fill station should be secured with screws or another connector to a table or wall.

• Connect the filling hose by means of a compressed air source (compressor or air tank) by inserting the hose into one of the two 5.8” HP ports. Ensure that the other one remains closed.

• The compressed air may be fed into the fill station through two 5.8” HP ports at the same or through a series connection or more than one fill station.

• By the opening of an appropriate outlet in the air reservoir or in the compressor, the filling station is supplied with compressed air, the pressure gauge in the fill station will show the current operational pressure.

• After following the above steps, the fill station is ready to use.

5. Filling the Bottle

• Connect the bottle by using the female quick release coupler with the filling hose.

• Then open the lever valve of the fill station.

• Wait until the pressure in the bottle has reached the desired level.

• Close the lever valve afterwards, whereby the filling hose is automatically vented.

• Disconnect the female quick release coupler from the bottle.

8. Storage

During storage, the appliance and especially the lever valve and filling hoses should be protected against mechanical damage.

9. guarantee

The fill station is guaranteed for 24 months by the manufacturer. Inspection or maintenance work by unauthorised persons, as well as usage of spare parts not obtained from the manufacturer, will render the guarantee invalid.
