+Our first strategy
First strategy: To convince the CEO first and after that the top management team. The team directors have to convince their own department.
= This strategy was a bad idea; we changed it quickly (just after our first decision).
Drawbacks: We tried to contact the CEO directly without any information about the
company and its organization (behavior, relationships, personal profile, etc.) We spent lot of time to understand how to contact the CEO : convince first the
secretary and employees in order to convince the top management. We did not take into account all relationships between all employees
(professional and personal). We did not underestimate the difficulty of the change : we thought that it
would be easier to convince all of them. We did not take the time to read all of the decisions before to begin the
simulation.
+Our second strategy
Second strategy: Analyse all relationship between all employees thanks to
personal profile and coffee break, in order to find how can we introduce the application into the company.
We decided to use the internal magazine to talk about us and the application.
Drawbacks: We used the lobbying decision. Consequence : the CEO was
not happy ! We lost a lot of time to choose this strategy. And before internal magazine, we used the email diffusion
and it was a bad idea.
+Conclusion
Our result : One top manager adopted the
application
That was a good experience for all of
us
