  Every child should eat three healthy

meals each day.

Foods like fruits, vegetables, milk, eggs, meat, and grains will help keep your family healthy.

 1 1/2 cups of Fruit - 

Apples, Grapes,

Bananas, Oranges

 

  2 cups of Vegetables -

Green, Red, Yellow

  1/2 cup of Grains -

Rice, Bread, Pasta

  2 1/2 cups Dairy -

Milk, Yogurt, Cheese

  

About 1/2 cup of Protein –

Fish, Beef, Chicken, Lamb, 1 Egg,

1/2 cup Nuts, Soy
