BA in Painting at the Albertina Academy of Fine Art , Turin, 2012
From 2010 to 2013 I worked in the art group Gruppo Radici.Gruppo Radici was an open group that has operated in Turin with exhibitions and projects aimed to investigate the relationship between art, society and Institutions. My role in the group was as an artist and coordinator of the group itself. With Gruppo Radici I took part in numerous workshops and laboratories of art education, such as Castula Ludica, a didactic project with children in the Museum of Reggia di Venaria, Turin. In 2011, A scatola Chiusa, relational art project in the juvenile prison Ferrante Aporti, Turin.Furthermore I’ve constantly worked on a personal path. Especially, from 2011 to 2013, parallel to the work with the Gruppo Radici, I developed an artistic research which was fully presented in a conference organized by the Gruppo Diogene called Collecting people, Turin 2013.
In october 2013 I was selected to attend the workshop with the artist Rirkrit Tiravanija at the Spinola Banna Art Foundation, Turin.
I moved to London at the end of 2013, where I currently live and work.In april 2015 I had my solo exhibition Progetto/Project curated by Kornelia Pawlukowska, The Chocolate Studios, London.

ARTISTIC STATEMENT
-
The intention of this operation is to investigate the activated mechanisms that revolve around a system of thought.
If the work is thought, to build means to give form to an idea, so the works are operations, attempts to recount a hunch.
The reflection starts from analyzing the concept of the dress as an object and as a condition of living, of being present, and evolves developing the theme of power dynamics, the inner workings that are grafted and the relationships that arise from this process.
The rite, the body, such as the construction of dynamics inherent in the nature of the thinking man.
So again the thought, as a tireless gear of the universal machine.
The box as a container is a symbol of an art that reflects on inner lives and their specific personal role. The works are trying to get out of the condition of being a purely contemplative subject, seeking for a feedback that sets in motion a thought in the viewer’s mind.
The skeleton of armor that is almost hidden, the structure of a hat that lets itself being built (or not), as the notes of a creature that is subject to inevitable dynamics, as a ritual tacitly shared, as tireless working machines employed at a steady pace endlessly.
Open reflections on a common existence.
The importance of looking at the things in the world in a way rather than another.
The artist can suggest a way and can recommend one of many alternatives, of groping to solve puzzles with no solution.
