Provide $2.4 billion for HUD’s McKinney-Vento programs in FY 2012
Latest Update:• Final FY 2011 Level: $1.901 billion• Administration proposed $2.372 billion for FY
2012 (25% increase)• House T-HUD Subcommittee to “mark up” its bill
Thursday, July 14• Senate T-HUD Subcommittee still drafting its bill
Appropriations: McKinney
• Senate T-HUD and House T-HUD BEFORE bill released:– Provide $2.4 billion in FY 2012
• House T-HUD AFTER bill released:– TBD
• All other Senators– Ask T-HUD Chair/RM to provide $2.4 billion
• All other Representatives– Work with appropriators to provide $2.4 billion
