LOVE AND PRIDE

Fear captured his mind every time

but he fought his fear to protect us

because he swore to protect his motherland

every moment of his life

Shots were fired, mortars were launched

his brothers were dying

tears came down his face

but he overcame his sorrow

because he swore to protect his motherland

every moment of his life

Flag was his pride

soil was his love

was determined to protect it

till the last moment of his life

Now he was lying down with his love with pain

he remembered his glorious life

and calmly closed his eyes

Came back home covered with his pride

inspired many others

to protect their mother land

till the last moment of their life

because he swore to protect his motherland

every moment of his life
