First Remote Access user guide to VPN

Introduction

“VIP Access” is a security system that provides a random code to users and by that makes the VPN login action more secure.

It’s not allowed to install “VIP Access” on laptops (which is the same device that connects to VPN).

Register to the system (Registration Manual) via Application or SMS, after that please use the guide bellow to connect

Make sure when you replace your device to re-assign to OTP.

VPN access

1. Access to https://vpn.mellanox.com/

2. (with Internet Explorer)

3. Choose the nearest region to your actual location.

1. Choose Mellanox_VIP_App – If you’re using an application method

2. Choose Mellanox_VIP_SMS – if you’re using SMS method

1. Choose Mellanox_VIP_App2. Fill in your username3. Fill in the password and continue with

the security code numbers, without space

4. For example:Username: MellanoxUserPassword: Example123930110

5. Click on sign-in

VPN access via SMS

1. Choose Mellanox_VIP_SMS2. Fill in your username3. Fill in only the password4. Click on “Sign In” button, in the next

window you will be required for the SMS security code, that will be sent to the phone device you assigned.

Allow the ActiveX as shown bellow

After entering credentials please choose to install the client in the pop up, as shown below.
