Evaluation of information and promotion

• On the base of Communication Strategy of European Funds’ guideline

• Types of evaluation studies– Operational (ex. communication tools – perception, efficiency)

Strategic study - methodology

• Population: Polish society• Sample: 1600 respondents, nationwide representative stratified

sample (age, gender, education, residence, region) of adult people• Technique: CAPI survey• Purpose of the study: measurement of public awareness of EUF

for 2007-13 and perception of information and promotion of EUF• Research areas:

– Attitude to Poland’s membership in EU– Image of EU Funds– Identity of EU Funds– Evaluation and expectations of the content and form of communication– Characteristics of the respondent (popular media)

• Range: 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 (indication of statistically significant differences in indicators’ changes)
