The Water of Life

“In verses 16 through 18, Jesus not only demonstrates His supernatural knowledge but also points out her need

for this water by reminding her of the sin in her life.”

As we reflect back on some of what was accomplished this past year we are grateful to God for all He has done in and through this ministry and consider it a privilege to serve here. The total number of tracts printed is more than 158 million. We personally shipped 300,000 tracts to foreign countries and an additional 152,000 was shipped by those in our Satellite Program. We introduced four new English tracts: “What is the Gospel?”, “The Only Cure”, “Why Do Mothers Matter?” and “The Living Water”. Hello, I am an inmate clerk for the Religious Services Department of the Two Rivers Correctional Institution which is located in Umatilla, Oregon. Greetings in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ, whose we are and whom we serve! We are very

glad to inform you that we received the box of gospel tracts that you sent us today. My kids are very happy

because it is their first time to see English Gospel Tracts for almost 5 years now! We thank you so much

for sending us the tracts in no time at all. May the Lord continue to enable you to perform the ministry that

Jesus’encounter with the Samaritan woman at Jacob’s well in John chapter 4 is a wonderful example of salvation for us to follow when presenting the Gospel of Christ to an unbeliever. Our newest tract entitled, “The Living Water” is taken directly from this account. We have enclosed a copy.

I met Pastor C. David Jones over ten years ago and was immediately

impressed with not only the compassion that he has for people but the gifts

of encouragement and enthusiasm God has blessed him with. He had

been suffering with an extreme illness for the past year but thankfully he is

feeling 100% again. He has been a tremendous help to our ministry over

the years and has been instrumental in shipping more than 100,000 tracts in

numerous languages to foreign countries. He recently became Pastor of

Charity Baptist Church in Fallston, NC and contacted me to share his

vision for getting other pastors and churches involved in shipping a million

of our tracts to foreign countries this coming year. I was overwhelmed that

God would place this burden on his heart for our ministry. What Bro. Jones

did not know was that we had been praying for the Lord to send someone to help represent us to other

churches. He and one of his members Daniel Shoemaker came by and picked up more than 100,000

tracts in seventeen different languages. He is an answer to our prayers.

Pastor Ram Angad was saved on the 11th of February 1998, and called into a church planting ministry in his own country of Guyana, South America. He, his wife Onika, daughter Annalisa, and another child on the way, are serving through Fundamental Baptist Home Missions, Inc. Guyana has 6 main races of people, which are Chinese, Portuguese, Amerindians, Europeans, Africans, and East-Indians. In the past 4 years he has planted 3 Churches and a Bible Institute and is now getting ready to build a recreation camp site for these Churches in Guyana. Bro. Angad

who has been using our tracts for the past two years wrote: “I thank the Lord for the great work of your printing ministry, which you established in America. Because of your obedience to our Lord many souls are and will be saved. I received English and Portuguese gospel tracts from you and with those tracts many souls were saved. I presently have a Brazilian family that got saved; a man, his wife and son, and they also are happy to have these Portuguese gospel tracts to reach other Portuguese speaking people.”

Pastor Angad and church family Brother Shamar baptized

“I thank the Churches that help to support your ministry with of the printed Word for this is a valuable investment which will last for eternity.”

“We can use English, Portuguese, Chinese, and Spanish language gospel tracts. Guyana has 800,000 people in population and I am praying to get gospel tracts to give out to this population of people in Guyana.”

I would like to thank HOPE TRACT MINISTRY for their diligence in serving the

LORD. I first e-mailed you before Thanksgiving asking for 1,000 CHRISTMAS tracts.

I prayed on this: To pass them out before CHRISTMAS in my small town of Bryson

City, NC But the LORD had other plans. My thoughts are not HIS thoughts. I then

called you and asked for another 1,000 tracts. And you sent them to me. I couldn’t

wait for them to get to me. I thought that they would carry me to CHRISTMAS and it

would be such a blessing to accomplish this. As I stated the LORD had other plans for

me. I called 7 days before Christmas and told you that if you could get another box of

1,000 to me a.s.a.p. I would be sure to distribute them. Over this time frame there was

much rain and cold nights and only a handful of people who drove me to and from to

accomplish this for the LORD. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your

ministry. I want to say you cant put a price on a lost soul. I pray that one of the tracts

will help a lost person call upon the LORD. Here is the total for the "CHRISTMAS

PUSH" 1 man, 21 days, 3,735 CHRISTMAS Bible Tracts. GLORY TO GOD!

Mitch Tillman, who became a missionary to Mongolia 12 years ago, is the son of Missionary Tommy Tillman who started Harbor Evangelism. Mitch and his wife Baljmaa have 3 grown children and are pictured here (right) with 3 of their 4 adopted children. Together they founded the Manna Orphanage and several churches. They also have a free 17 room, fully staffed hospital and 2 feeding centers in the Gobi Desert where they feed 80 children each day and give free medical care to the Gobi nomads that travel through their village. They also have a rescue mission and a feeding center in the capital city of UlaanBaatar where they feed and teach Bible to the people that live in and around the city dump. Mostly poor children. They feed 50 poor children each day and minister to their spiritual need through Christ.

Bro. Tillman was kind enough to provide us with the Mongolian translation of our tract entitled, “What Is The Gospel?” He wrote: “Your tracts will be passed out very quickly and we really do appreciate you for doing this for us. We praise God for using us together to reach the lost in Mongolia. May God continue to bless your ministry He has called you to do.”

Harvest Baptist Church in Bessemer City, NC was the first church to participate in the Satellite Program when it started in 2005. George Ballard was the pastor at that time and under his leadership they packed and shipped over one million tracts to foreign countries. Robin Taylor became pastor in 2011 and has continued the work. We are pleased to see them now reach the 2 million mark. They are committed to the furtherance of the Gospel and only the Lord knows all that has been accomplished through their steadfastness.

We were blessed to have Barry and Diane Byres, their daughter Chloe and Jared Cutforth from Sonlight Independent Baptist Church of Whakatane, New Zealand visit with us. They are on a missions trip to Haiti and while in the US they wanted to see where all the gospel tracts they have been using were made. They also picked up some tracts in Haitian Creole to distribute in Haiti. Their pastor is Missionary Lewis Howell. Their church in New Zealand just finished passing out 3,000 tracts during their Christmas parade (pictured below). They expect to be passing out 20,000 tracts during their Gospel Tract Blitz in March.

Best Year Ever! Jesse and Eunice Mealor have a ministry of passing our tracts at the local flea market. Bro. Mealor is a retired Baptist pastor. Recently he wrote, “Thank you folks so very much for the Gospel tracts. My wife and I had the great privilege to pass out over 50,000 this year. Our best year ever! Because of folks like you we were able to do this. I am 81 and my wife Eunice is 75 so we are so thankful to be able to do this for our Lord. Again, thanks to all that have a part in your ministry. Keep on—keep up the good work. Give every-one our love and thanks.”
