Sharyland Transition to Competition

STTF Scope Statement – Approved by RMS

In accordance with the Final Order in PUCT Docket No. 39592, Sharyland Transition Task Force (STTF) has been assembled to discuss, develop, and document processes that allow for seamless transition of the former NOIE Customers (inclusive of Brady, Celeste, Colorado City, and Stanton territories) into the competitive ERCOT Market. This entails transitioning Customers from Sharyland’s integrated utility to the Competitive Retailer of choice or Default REP and the loading or creation of the premise-based information within ERCOT systems to allow customer choice and settlement to work according to market rules and/or ERCOT Protocols.
