• All other wells in area either are producing below current flaring limits or have never produced enough gas to require gas pipeline.

Gas Disposition Options • Gas pipeline alternatives

.:. Other industry processes such as Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Electrical Generation, Gas-to-Liquids (GTL) or Gas Injection

" All require 'high' capital investment

" Longer time frame than current estimate for pipeline (up to years vs. months)

.:. Lease use " Well is expected to produce more than equipment needs

" Current production> 125 mcf/d, expected usage 20 mcf/d

• Gas pipeline (preferred option) .:. Planned infrastructure to south ("'8 miles), will be connecting

future new wells to system (5 in 2013 alone) .

. :. Construction timing is expected to commence mid-March 2013 and take "'6 months to complete

.:. Cost effective given ability to connect future wells'" $4,000M

Flaring justification • Economic impact of shutting in well

.:. Reduction in net present value ~ 6 months curtailment to 1,800 mcf/mo would result in 4% lower present value

~ Assumes a flat $90/bbl oil and $2.75/mmcf gas price with appropriate price adjustments

~ Flaring volume limit request of 6,000 mef/mo .:. Well initially produced higher than 6,000 mcf/mo but subsequently

declined until put on artificial lift when production increased again

.:. 6,000 mcf/mo (IV 200 mcf/d) is a reasonable high end limit given well's current performance. Do not expect to exceed.
