Conclusions

• The metro-concept– Metro-concept is feasible under conditions, a.o real

perspective on Advanced (& national) Network

– Substantial (LT) investments, limited return

– Main question is not clear: does the market want it?– And: how to seduce them to a pilot??

• The research– This quick scan provides chances more than certainties;

reliable data are hard to find: great need of better nationaldatabase!!
