5.1 FEASIBILITY STUDY
Economic feasibility study can be summed up in the following:
“It is a process of collecting information and data about a proposed project, then analyzing the same from the financial, economic and technical aspects, in addition to sensitivity analysis, in order to be aware of the extent of such project success, under the prevailing circumstances in the market. Therefore, a decision should be made to continue or cease such project’’
For the purpose of this proposed development, the feasibility study is carried out based on the economic and market indicator which includes the supply and demand of surrounding, compilation of information on population statistic, the existing buildings, occupation, the pricing structure of the proposed development and others related to this proposed development.

According DBKL Structure plan 2020, the population in Bukit Jalil,Seputeh in 2020 is 464,271 approximately.
DBKL Structure plan 2020 was highlighted that all areas in Kuala Lumpur are expected to increase in population with the highest being in Bukit Jalil-Seputeh followed by City Centre and Sentul Manjalara Strategic Zone.

5.3 POPULATION STATISTIC BY ETHNIC
According to Department of Statistic Malaysia in 2010 the major ethnic in Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur is Malay followed by Chinese and Indian.
