1. Upon accessing the website, click on Create Your Account, you will see the link under thesubheadingFirst Time Applicants.You will see the following page:

2. After completing the required information click on Create My Account, Once you have donethis you will see the page Please Print For Your Records.

Account Created for: THE NAME YOU CHOSE FOR YOUR ACCOUNT

Thank you, you have successfully created an account.

Your new username is_______ (Your user namea)

Your password is____________(Password you chose for this account)

You will need to remember these to access online forms and your personal activity page.

When you access a secured page, you will be asked to enter your username and password.

Your next step is to read theDirections and Informationpage.

3. The page Please Print For Your Records will confirm the user name and password for theaccount you have just created. Click on Directions and Information page,Once you have done

this, you will see the page Directions and Information.

4. The page Directions and Information is a section designed to offer instructions andinformation to users on how to fill out the application for admission to Fairleigh Dickinson

University-Vancouver. After you have read this page, click on Back to the Main Menuwhich

will take you to the main menu, where you will see the following page:

5. Once you have returned to the main menu, click on Go to the FDU-Vancouver ApplicationMenu.That will take you to the page Application Menu FDU Vancouver where you will see

the following page:

6. On the page Application Menu FDU Vancouver click on Online Application for Admissionfor FDU-VancouverYou will see it under the subheading Online Application.

7. After you have clicked on Online Application for Admission for FDU-Vancouver,you will see abox that requires you to enter your user name and your password that you previously created

when you established the account. After entering this information, you will see the page:

Application for Admission to FDU-Vancouver Page 1.

Important Notes

If you do not have a Social Security Number issued the United States of America, or a

Social Insurance Number issued by the government of Canada, please DO NOT fill out

these boxes, you can ignore them. These boxes are found in the upper part of the

application.

On the question Postal Codeyou can enter your postal code, or the letters N/A in the

case there is not a system of Postal Codes in your country of origin.

On the question Citizenship Status(one of the last questions on the application) if you

are not a citizen or permanent resident of Canada you will have to choose the option I

will be Applying for a Study Permit (International Student)

8. After filling out the required information on page number 1 of the application for FairleighDickinson University-Vancouver, click on Save This Page then click on the number 2. Once

you have done this, you will see the page Application for Admission to FDU-Vancouver Page 2.

Note:It is very important that you make a very good and concise essay about your personal and

academic goals and objectives, and enter it on the space provided for entering your academic

objectives.

9. After filling out the required boxes on page 2 of the application, click on Save This Pagethenclick on number 3. Once you have done this, you will see the page Application for Admissionto FDU-Vancouver Page 3.

Important Notes:

On the space provided to answer to:If you have been in correspondence with anyone

at Fairleigh Dickinson University (other than the Office of International Admissions),

please list their names below please write the name of the person you has been

assisting you with your application process and information about FDU-Vancouver.

For the question Admin Use Only-Reference Codeyou should not fill this section out,

unless you have been instructed to do so.

In the section Acknowledgement please indicate whether you (the applicant)

authorizes any family members, a friend, or student counselor, or any other person to

make question on your behalf about your admission process with Fairleigh Dickinson

University-Vancouver. Please include the name of the authorized person, and provide

the relationship of said person to you (family member, friend, etc).

ReminderYour application for admission to Fairleigh Dickinson University Vancouver

will be accepted by the system only when you have provided all the information

considered mandatory. This required information will always be marked with an asterisk

( * ).

10.After filling out the information on page3 of the application, click on Save This Page thenclick on Save, Pay and Send Once you have done this, you will see the page Payment

Information,where you will choose one of the two payment options.

11.After selecting one payment options, click on Submit. You will see the following page:

12.On the page shown above, you will enter your credit card information, in order to make thecorresponding payment for the application fee when applying to Fairleigh Dickinson University-

Vancouver, after filling out the required information, click on Submit, Once you have done

this, you will have finalized the process of On Line application.
