    CONCLUSION

    India has been ranked at the Third place in global foreign

    direct investment .

    Foreign investment in the banking sector has been

    further liberalized by raising FDI limit in private sector

    banks to 74%.

    India and china are expected to lead the global recovery.

    To sustain high growth rate India will need massive

    Investment in the next two years.

    The government is in process of tuning FDI rules in order

    to make India attractive as FDI destination.
