FCS Vega is the only “Guest Behavior Business Intelligence System” for the hotel industry. This system is built around the concept of utilising data gained from the 5-spirits of a guest behavior and data from the 3-pillars of a hotel business to help unlock the reasons behind the numbers.

With the ability to gather and analyze many guest data sources, the system will provide individual hotels or the hotel’s corporate office a comprehensive view of guest behaviors and how they are affecting the business by gathering, storing, analyzing and providing access to operating data with on-screen dashboards. FCS as a hospitality operations specialist will add our extensive operational knowledge of hotels in this system by combining them with in-house metrics like occupancy, budgets, guest satisfaction etc. and other measures to create a unified picture of a property’s performance with related guest behavioral data. Multi-property hotel groups will gain the greatest value from executive dashboards because dashboards provide a 50,000-foot view of an entire hotel portfolio across regions, flags and segments – like a heads-up display of global operations. This insight helps maximize revenue, minimize expenses and increase profitability with informed, data-rich decision making.

With the introduction FCS Vega, hospitality companies have a tool to condense the stack of daily corporate reporting into a format that makes the most efficient use of an executive’s time. The Standard Version is for single property. Standard Vega is connected to the FCS Rainbow Solution and 3rd party systems for data consolidation, allowing 2-way data transfer for new business rules creation, as well as posting the results back to FCS systems and other 3rd party systems. In the next product release, there will be hot mapping function for business intelligence data.

The Enterprise Version is for corporate office/ group level with multi-property function for a consolidated view and assessment of guest behaviors and business status. Standard Vega data are sent to Enterprise Vega for a holistic group view of all consolidated data. In the next product release, the 2-way data transfers of Enterprise Vega can also help to formulate new business rules and enforce them to each Standard Vega for corporate standard governance in real time.
